Q: My daughter and I are so disappointed to learn the star crackers have been discontinued! She has down syndrome and we follow a gluten free, dairy free diet. The star crackers are absolutely her favorite go to snack. We loved that these were organic too.

Q: It is very disappointing to hear that you are discounting the Made Good cheddar Stat Puff crackers. My 10 year daughter who has Celiac loves these. They are her favourite cracker by far. We love Made Good products because we know they are safe.

Q: I hate to see these go. My preschool uses these as a snack since we are free of a lot of major allergies. These are always such a hit with the kids because these are their “goldfish” replacement. Please reconsider bringing these back.

I can’t believe you’re discontinuing this product.

MadeGood Star Crackers are the only gluten-free snack I’ve found that truly fills the same role as Goldfish crackers. For families dealing with celiac disease and food allergies, this isn’t just another snack. It’s one of the few products that lets our kids feel included.

My three-year-old daughter was diagnosed with celiac disease just over a year ago. Since then, we’ve had to replace so many everyday foods with gluten-free alternatives. Most are either nothing like the original or simply aren’t appealing to young kids. Your Star Crackers were different. They became her Goldfish. They’re the snack she reaches for when her friends are eating crackers at school, at birthday parties, or at home with family.

It genuinely concerns me that you’re removing this product from your lineup because there is nothing comparable on the market. I know we’re not alone. The celiac community is incredibly connected, and parents regularly share recommendations for products that are safe, taste great, and help their children feel included. MadeGood Star Crackers come up again and again because they solve a real problem.

I hope you’ll reconsider this decision. Sometimes the value of a product can’t be measured only by sales. For many families, it’s about giving our children the chance to enjoy a snack that feels normal without risking their health.

And if the decision has already been made, I have one request. Please let me buy a few cases before they’re gone. I’d happily stock up knowing my daughter can continue enjoying a snack she loves for a little while longer.

From the bottom of my heart, I hope you’ll continue supporting people living with celiac disease and food allergies, especially young children who have so few options. Products like these make a much bigger difference than you may realize.
